• UK and European deliveries are calculated by weight or volumetric weight if higher.
• International orders may require delivery to the billing address on the payment card.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 working days, with 90% of orders shipping within 24-48 hours. We can arrange urgent deliveries, including early mornings and weekends.

Back Orders:
If an item is out of stock, we will backorder it and notify you. You can cancel if you don’t wish to wait.

Tax and Duties:
Orders from the UK are subject to VAT. Non-EU orders are not taxed, but customs duties may apply.
